About The Magic Seeder
In 2001 West Country Nurseries in Cornwall were looking for a semi automatic seeder for their nursery. After much searching The Magic Seeder was found. After extensive trials The Magic Seeder Company Limited was formed to make the seeders available throughout Europe.
The offices for The Magic Seeder Company are situated on the edge of Bodmin Moor in Cornwall. From these offices the seeders are supplied across the country.
In 2004 The Magic Seeder won the award for the best new retail product at the South West Regional Growers Show in Exeter.
From that point sales gone from strength to strength.
Recent trials by the RHS have been most successful. The seeders are now being stocked by several of the Wyevale Garden Centres as well as Suttons Seeds.
The Magic Seeder is now manufactured in Cornwall
COMPANY POLICY AND SERVICE
a. Minimum wholesale orders. For the UK the minimum order is 50 (or 48 on clip strips.) For overseas orders the minimum is 70 Magic Seeders.
b. Smaller orders will be treated as retail (unless by agreed prior arrangement)
c. Our quality control throughout the manufacturing process guarantees consistency of quality.
d. In the event of customer dissatisfaction all complaints are promptly dealt with and resolved with a minimum delay.
e. Currency accepted GBP (Sterling) or Euros.
f. Orders generally delivered after manufacture within 10\14 days
g. Customers requiring urgent delivery of seeders can generally be accommodated at short notice depending on stock levels.
h. All overseas orders have transport tracking facilities in order to progress the ETA at the customer
i. Stocks can be held awaiting call–off delivery instructions by customers .Such stocks must be paid for in advance.
j. Communication with customers is made either by telephone, e-mail, fax and all communication is promptly dealt with by our staff.
k. Our company has a reputation for quality and service and we are constantly monitoring our business in order to maintain this valued reputation.
l. Our product having been designed in the USA is protected by world wide patents. The product is manufactured by our associated company in the UK thus reducing the risk of counterfeiting which could occur if it was out-sourced abroad
