Wholesale policy
COMPANY POLICY AND SERVICE
a. Minimum wholesale orders. For the UK the minimum order is 50. For overseas orders the minimum is 70 Cornwall Magic Seeders or 100 Connecticut Magic Seeders.
b. Smaller orders will be treated as retail (unless by agreed prior arrangement)
c. Our quality control throughout the manufacturing process guarantees consistency of quality.
d. In the event of customer dissatisfaction all complaints are promptly dealt with and resolved with a minimum delay.
e. Currency accepted GBP (Sterling) or Euros.
f. Orders generally delivered after manufacture within 10\14 days
g. Customers requiring urgent delivery of seeders can generally be accommodated at short notice depending on stock levels.
h. All overseas orders have transport tracking facilities in order to progress the ETA at the customer
i. Stocks can be held awaiting call–off delivery instructions by customers .Such stocks must be paid for in advance.
j. Communication with customers is made either by telephone, e-mail, fax and all communication is promptly dealt with by our staff.
k. Our company has a reputation for quality and service and we are constantly monitoring our business in order to maintain this valued reputation.
